Shipping within to UK:

Shipping within the UK is free of charge

Typically, DHL processes our deliveries, and it takes 1-3 working days for the order to be delivered to your delivery address. (Except in some special circumstances out of our control)

Shipping to EU:

EU deliveries are free of charge for orders above £4,000. Orders under this amount will incur a standard shipping fee of £50.

Please note that starting from January 1st, 2021, all shipments between the UK and the EU require customs clearance, which the customer is responsible for its payment

RETURNS

14 days Money Back Guarantee - Online Purchases Only

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied with the rug purchased you can simply return it within 14 days

Ensure that the product is securely packed in the condition you received the product before handing it over for collection

We can arrange the collection of the products, or you can deliver them directly to our offices. Upon completing the return process, we will credit your total purchase amount

Please Note; that we need to adhere to our policy to ensure that the rugs are kept to original delivery conditions otherwise we won’t be able to process the return

WARRANTY

Upon purchase, Rugs of London provides a full 1-year warranty on any rug from the date of delivery to your premises. Upon referral of the warranty for damaged rugs, Rugs of London reserves the rights to inspect and evaluate the carpets to measure the extent of the damage. Warranty will not cover misuse and lousy handling by the customer. If so, the customer will be obligated to cover the relevant repair costs. In case warranty reparations are needed, the customer will pay shipping costs.
